About Apply to the Facilitator Team
Serving on the Facilitator Team as a Facilitator of The Well Practice is one of the most rewarding experiences for your own spiritual growth. We are looking for authentic people who are willing to walk alongside other women in their spiritual growth to join our Facilitator Team.
The role of the Facilitator is to facilitate collaborative group discussion and allow the Spirit to initiate a deeper dependency on Jesus in each woman’s everyday life. You will have the opportunity to invest in women growing deeper with Jesus through facilitating challenging conversations and serving as a leader for women ages 20-35. It is also an opportunity for you to be used by God and experience your own spiritual refinement. For many of us, the next step in growing deeper with our faith is helping others do the same. If you have a growing relationship with Jesus and are actively bringing him into your every day, we invite you to consider serving with us.

T H E P R A C T I C E
The Well Practice has quarterly intakes throughout the year in winter, spring, summer, and fall. It consists of 10 nights of conversations designed to meet women right where they’re at in their walk with God. Small groups will typically be Co-led with two Facilitators. This 10 week small group program will take place weekly online for 2.5 hours on the evening of your choosing.
C O M M I T M E N T
As a member of the Facilitator Team, you have several options for your group. You can choose which intake(s) to sign up for, which group type to host (Public or Private), and which day of the week to host your group. At the end of each intake, there will be a Graduation Night hosted online for ALL groups to celebrate together.
We will provide you with the training and support needed to make your small group successful. All new Facilitators will be required to complete the online Facilitator Training Course prior to leading a small group. Facilitators will also need to attend the Facilitator Kickoff hosted online prior to your chosen intake.
R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
Participate & Prepare: Facilitators are expected to fully participate in group discussion, complete each week's homework, and come prepared to lead each week's conversation.
Prayer: Facilitators are asked to love, care and pray for the women assigned to their small group.
Prioritize: We ask that you make The Well Practice a weekly priority commitment for the duration of the 10 weeks.
H E A R T P O S T U R E
- Strong level of spiritual maturity and personal relationship with God.
- Genuine desire to lead like Jesus and a heart to serve others.
- Comfortable with facilitating, organizing, and independently leading a small group of women.
- The willingness to lead with personal authenticity and humility.
- Committed to praying for the girls in your group.
